Pengest Internacional has been chosen to oversee the construction management and supervision of the new command and control building of the Tactical Intervention Unit of the Macau Police Force. The building will have operational command facilities, emergency services coordination rooms, media conference rooms, CCTV monitoring of public areas as well ad detainment facilities and police training.
The overall construction area will be roughly 80 000 m2 distributed throughout 9 levels, 2 of which are underground. Works are underway on the excavation and foundations. The construction is expected to last slightly over 1000 days.
