Client: Department of Public Works and Transportation (DSSOPT) – Maintenance and Conservation Works of the Nobre the Carvalho Bridge

Start: 1986

Description: Conservation works of the bridge structure caused by aggressive environment and due to the lack of maintenance since its commissioning in 1974. Several equipment was also update and moved.

Description: 800 000m3 sand filling at the sea with dynamic compaction.

Start: 1989

Description: 3 floor, 60,000m2 service ferry terminal building (max capacity of 13 million passengers/year), including access roads, drainage system and utilities. The building’s foundations are of pre-cast piles and includes a heliport with separate platforms.

Underground parking for 600 vehicles as well and the Macau Grand Prix infrastructure complex, which includes 40 race team boxes, offices, 2 pedestrian overpasses, restaurant and race control tower.

Start: 1989

Description: Rehabilitation of a heritage villa in Macau.

Client: Gabinete do Porto e da Ponte – New Macau-Taipa bridge

Start: 1990

Description: 4 lane, 4500m long bridge, including access road network. The bridge crosses 2 navigation channels at a height of 30m and has 4 90m high towers.

Start: 1992

Description: Construction of the reclamation works and artificial island, air cargo building, catering building, maintenance hangar (747-400 tail in), search and rescue complex, extension of the south parking area, general terminal building, engineering and maintenance building, 2nd pomp station, LPG installation, and walkway connection the airport to the adjacent Hotel.

Description: Construction of 2 basements and one G/F building for the Museum of Macau inside an old Portuguese Fortress, including the construction of the building at the base of the hill for the museum office and a tunnel connecting the two buildings under the Fortress Wall

Description: 1500km bridge with prefab spans with a maximum span of 96m.

Client: MACAUPORT – Construction of the Ka-Ho Deep Water Harbor 

Start: 1998

Description: Construction of a container terminal with 42,000m2, several warehouses and several 40t mobile cranes. Construction of fuel terminal with 14 reservoirs and a total of 86,000m3.

The complex required reclamation works, drainage works and utilities.
